What makes the cleaning planner different from regular cleaning?

Most cleaners follow the same checklist every visit. We don’t. Instead, we rotate deep-cleaning tasks based on your home’s real needs. This means every part of your home gets cleaned at the right time—without you having to manage it.

Can I book monthly?

We don’t recommend it. If you wait a whole month, your home won’t stay truly spotless. That’s why weekly or bi-weekly cleaning works best.

Will you use my cleaning products?

Nope! We bring our own professional, eco-friendly, non-toxic supplies to ensure a thorough and safe clean.

Do I need extra time for the first cleaning?

It depends on your home’s condition. If your home hasn’t had a deep clean in over a month, we recommend booking extra time to bring it up to our high standards.

Can I add carpet steam cleaning?

Yes! Steam carpet cleaning is available after 12 Cleaning Planner visits as part of your ongoing home maintenance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple convenient payment options:

How do you safely clean high areas?

We use extended tools and limit climbing to a two-step ladder for safety. No need to worry about risky high climbing!

What if I need to reschedule?

Just give us 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel last minute, there may be a small fee—but hey, we’re fair.

Are your cleaners qualified? Is my property protected?

Yes! Every cleaner has:

✔ Police background checks
✔ At least 2 years of experience in residential cleaning
✔ Specialised training in deep cleaning & move-out cleaning

Your property is fully protected. We carry Public Liability Insurance. If any accidental damage happens, we handle it responsibly.

No missed or overlooked areas.

Ovens, range hoods, carpets and fridges. We clean them on time, every time, as part of our rotating schedule.

No extra fees.

Deep cleaning should be standard. We never charge extra for the essentials.
